In week 6 term 1 our school, Kaitao went to the Aquatic Centre for a fun swimming activities day. We did all sorts of stuff like doggy paddle, breaststroke, backstroke and much much more. We were in our house teams (Solomon, Reid, Bosson and Morrison). My favourite thing was the backstroke and getting in to the warm pool.The only bad thing was getting out of the pool and going back to school. The teachers were very supportive, when we were swimming they had their house colours on and they looked funny. To finish the day we departed the pool's on our buses and had a free time day at school.
